Its constant exchanges with manufacturers make it possible to offer technical-rational responses adapted to customer needs .

Finally, it has the latest generation computer units and SolidWorks software to efficiently design reliable and innovative solutions.

A 5,000 m² workshop space is dedicated to assembling the equipment. The workshop is equipped with a plasma table, folder, profile cutting bench with welding areas and paint booth.
Handling is provided by overhead cranes, forklift and telescopic trucks and mobile cranes.

Before shipment, the equipment is tested in empty operation , with quality control allowing the traceability of each equipment and its mechanical components.

In compliance with the planning specifications, the installation work is organized and supervised by our site coordinators, experienced in setting up waste sorting centers . With the support of the logistics coordinator , they receive the equipment on schedule.

With teams of specialist fitters from our Group , they have all the individual (grinder, welding station, drill, magnetic drill, perforator, hoists, Rolls) and collective tools (forklift and telescopic trucks, nacelles, crane arms) to carry out the dismantling of industrial lines and assembly of new processes, in full compliance with safety rules .

Our team collaborates with ID Automation technicians, who draw the electrical plans and set up the automation of the equipment and the supervision of the sorting line.

This collaboration is essentially focused on analysis and multi-platform development . The secure hotline allows them to quickly provide solutions relating to the operation of the operation.
